Ultimate Frisbee...

Arising From The Ashes...
Perhaps a little overstated.
but nevertheless i'm back from months in the blogwilderness.
It's been a strange few months,
solitude being the main highlight,
loneliness broken by occasional shards of light.
Pain, coming often,
both physical
and emotional
and spiritual.
We learn and we grow,
that which does not kill,
only makes us stronger.
So the saying goes.
I have lost a lot,
but gained wisdom,
everyman's elixir.
I am very serious.
