Heat Walks Against Me

"Ice age comin',Ice age comin',Throw 'em in the fire, Throw 'en in the fire, Throw 'em on, We're not scare-mongering, This is really happening, happening, We're not scare-mongering, This is really happening, happening, Mobiles squirking, Mobiles chirping, Take the money and run"

Oh boy. It's a long, long time since I posted on this vestige of my humble existence. I could say about my life post September but that would take an awful lot of effort. Considering that i'm sure no-one ever checks this aswell its entirely pointless. Nevertheless I am now at The University of Bangor (thats in sunny Wales if you like many others don't know where it is) studying for a BA in English Literature. It's fun. I've taken up the amazing sport of Ultimate Frisbee. No Seriously. I went to a tournament in Loughborough a couple of weekends ago and we did very well. I managed to destroy my body. I go along to the CU and it's pretty good, it swings from being very good to not so but in general I feel that it helps me. For more spiritual gain I go to Ebenezer Evangelical Church, Pastored by David Finney an excellent teacher of God's word. The church is small and reformed so suits me to the ground.

I believe I mentioned some time ago my great *cough* poetic works. Ok, my shameful attempts to add to the fine art of poetry. I now have an impresive (for me) pile of 7 'acceptable' poems. i.e. ones that I don't think are utter crap. I hope to make this a proud amount of 20 before the end of January so that I can wittle it down again to 10 and complete an ambitious project of mine. It's incredibly hard writing poetry when you know you're awful at it...

On a lighter note I have come up with an intersting sleep theorem. If you're struggling to sleep then move your bed to another part of your room, preferably by a radiator. I did so yesterday and had the best nights sleep for a long time.

Oh and the mighty Falcons are now 6-2 for anyone intersted. Michael Vick is without a doubt a legend. I'd do quite a lot to get a Vick shirt. For not much money. Oh talking of that I managed to get a pair of brand new Emerica Templeton 3 skate shoes for £16!!! RRP of £75 :) that was a pretty good bit of ebaying :) probably nicked i guess.

I leave you my adoring chasm of emptiness with a quote:

"I realise now, standing here,
I seem to have pulled half the sky down on top of me."----terezin.
